It is a co-ordinating body for individuals and organisations, and acts as a means of liaison with the local authority and other official bodies in all matters relating to the Arts.
A Diary of Arts events is produced twice a year and is available at various outlets within the area including the Christchurch Tourism Office in the High Street and the Hayloft Gallery, 14 Wick Lane, Christchurch.
